PRIVACY

At Just Four Paws.co.nz we take your privacy seriously. We will only use the personal information you provide us to process your order. When you place an order with us your name, address, phone number and email address will be required. This is collected by PayPal, along with your credit card details at checkout and will only be used to process your order. This information will not be provided to a third party and won’t be stored by Just Four Paws.co.nz or PayPal.

We recommend you join our mailing list as we would love to keep you up to date with all our new products and specials. If you would like to unsubscribe at any time please email us at sales@justfourpaws.co.nz

PAYMENT

We trust PayPal for all our credit card transactions. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex. PayPal automatically encrypts your information using a Secure Sockets Layer, which has an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). This means that when you purchase from us your payment is as safe as possible.

We will send your purchase to you just as soon as we have received payment in full for your order. Once you have successfully checked out and made your payment an automatic email will be sent to you confirming that we have received details of your order.

AVAILABILITY

Please note that at Just Four Paws.co.nz we strive to ensure that all our products on the website are in stock and ready for dispatch, but there may be items which are limited editions or times when due to demand, items will be unavailable (or on back-order). If this occurs you will be notified by Just Four Paws.co.nz and advised of the likely length of delay or other product alternatives. You will also be given the option of placing a pre order. You can choose to make payment for the purchase in advance to ensure you have priority of receiving the item, or you can cancel your order and you will be refunded in full.

PRICING

All prices on the Just Four Paws.co.nz website are in New Zealand or Australian or US dollars by selecting your currency at the top, and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15%. Delivery charges are in addition to the stated price. At Just Four Paws.co.nz we may need to change the price of items on the website without notice. No such changes in price will apply to orders made, which will be honoured at the price displayed on the site when the order is received.

RISK

Risk for your purchase passes to you on delivery of the product or evidence of delivery to you. Only damage to the product prior to delivery is the responsibility of Just Four Paws.co.nz

SALES

Every now and again we will have products on sale. In order to get the benefit of the sale you must place your order with us prior to the sale ending. In addition we do not take rainchecks.

Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. However if the sale product is faulty or damaged in transit then we will refund your purchase (see our T & C’s below regarding faulty or damaged products).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Just Four Paws.co.nz we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are disappointed with your purchase you are able to return it to us within 7 days of the product being delivered to you (or evidence of this).
If more than 7 days have passed we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to return or exchange your purchase:

• You must notify us in writing at either "Contact Us" or sales@justfourpaws.co.nz of your intention to return the product
• You must provide us with proof of purchase
• The product must be in its original unused condition
• It must have all its original packaging, including all labels and tags (intact)
• Returning the product to Just Four Paws.co.nz will be at your cost
• The product must be delivered back to Just Four Paws.co.nz within 14 days of your notification

Once we receive the product back from you we will refund your purchase (excluding the original cost of shipping) or you can use the credit to purchase another Just Four Paws.co.nz product.

ADDRESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Just Four Paws.co.nz product shall not be purchased for resale, nor copied, reproduced, or duplicated. You shall not use Just Four Paws.co.nz product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright laws.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products sold and or the regions to which product may be shipped to.

Every effort has been made to ensure that product descriptions and product images are accurate. However, we can’t guarantee that the product image and colour of the product will display accurately on your device. If you are concerned about how the image is displaying on your device, please feel free to contact us. We will not be liable to any person or organisation for any loss or damage which may arise from any of the information on this website.
